Rules & Regulations
* We are not responsible for accidents.
* Please park in your designated site.
* Rowdy or drunken parties will not be tolerated. Authorities will be notified if you fail to comply.
* Obey all local and state laws and ordinances.
* Parents, please watch children to make sure they don’t go over/around fencing, or approach the train tracks. Children should not be left unsupervised.
* We need your help to preserve the beauty of our trees. Please respect our trees by not trimming or otherwise damaging them.
* Camper holding tanks may only be emptied into approved designated facilities. Please do not dump or run waste water on ground.
* Want to avoid a $25 cleanup fee? Please clean up after your pets and remove any garbage from your site. Don’t burn diapers or other garbage in fire pits.
* Please place all garbage in the bin provided.
* Our area can have severe weather. Please pay attention to weather reports to ascertain if you would like to camp. We are not responsible for any damages associated with weather, including but not limited to, falling trees or debris.
* All fires must be within fire pits. Pay attention to current posted fire danger. Respect any burn bans. Make sure your fire is completely out before leaving. The website to check for current fire danger is https://ndresponse.gov/burn-ban-restrictions-fire-danger-maps .
* No fireworks.
* No firearms.
* Speed limit is 10 mph. Please stay on designated roads.
* We love our pets! Please keep them leashed, and clean up after them.
* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
Mellow Moose Campground is privately owned. Failure to comply with campground policies could result in the end of your stay with us. If this happens, there will be no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refund up to 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. Note: All refunds exclude a $10 administrative fee, as well as credit card processing fees and Roverpass service fees, which are nonrefundable.Abandoned Vehicles
We reserve the right to have your vehicle towed if it's left on the premises without a reservation.For Cabins
In the cabins, no smoking or vaping. Any damage to the cabin or missing items will be charged to the guest. Any excessive messes, including pet waste, left in the cabin will incur extra cleaning charges.* Do not damage picnic tables, bathrooms, or any other property of Mellow Moose Campground. Smoking in our bathrooms will result in a 200.00 cleaning fee and/or result in the end of your stay with us. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
No Show Policy
We hold your reservation until 6 p.m. the day after your scheduled arrival. If we haven't heard from you by then, the reservation will be automatically canceled. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you're delayed but still plan to arrive - even if it's more than a day late - just give us a call to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.No Site Subletting
For the safety and fairness of all our guests, subletting campsites is not permitted. The RV or rig listed in your reservation must be the one occupying the site.
