Rules

Seasonal Specific Rules (in addition to standard rules)

Pet Policy

All pets must be pre-approved, no aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly. No pets allowed in the swimming area.

Campfires

Campfires are allowed only in the designated areas.

RV Requirements

RVs must be 20 years old or newer (or reviewed by Management). No disheveled vehicles allowed. Only one RV per site is allowed and any additional camping units (Tent(s) RV(s)) will require their own site(s).

Water Availability & Campground Access

Water and campground access is almost 100% nature and weather dependent. We will not allow full access to the campground in the spring until we are confident in the conditions of the soil after the spring thaw/melt/flooding. Additionally, the water system will not be functional until campground management is confident in the ability to pressurize the system without risk of freezing.

Off Season Storage

Seasonal rate will be inclusive of storing camper in park through the winter. Does NOT include any shoveling of snow from camper, and does not include storage of other items (boats, jet skis, ATVs, etc). Off season storage is available for other items for a fee in an adjacent Pine Mountain Properties winter storage lot.

Marina & Dock Space

Seasonal sites will include dock space if one is available for Patron’s boat.

Guests of Seasonals

Guests of seasonal patrons are allowed in the park outside of quiet hours and should park in reasonable areas not to obstruct traffic flow. Any late/early/overnight guests should be approved by campground management. Guests of seasonals with additional camping unit (tent(s) or RV(s)) will require their own site unless alternative arrangements have by reviewed and approved by campground management.

Vehicles

Seasonal patrons are allowed to have up to two vehicles on premise at any time (guest vehicles covered in “Guests” section). Any additional vehicles in excess of two will require approval by campground management and parked in alternative parking areas. Specific arrangements will be determined on a case by case basis.

Garbage disposal

Place trash in plastic bags and deposit in the dumpster.

Washing
