Check In
Check In Time: 12AM | For Cabins, Tiny House, and Lake House, the check-in window is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Upon arrival, please call (865) 384-3094 or (865) 208-7102, and we will guide you to your designated site. Contact us for early or late check-ins, we might be able to accommodate you.

Extra Vehicles
You may park trailers and boats as your additional vehicle.
Pet Policy
Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for picking up after them. Only non-aggressive pets are allowed.
Tiny House
You are welcome to bring one additional guest for a total of 3 guests if they are willing to sleep on a futon.
Minimum year of Pull behind Travel Trailer, RV & Fifth Wheels
Minimum year allowed 2010. Only 2010 & above are allowed per owner's acceptance.
