Campground Overview

Located in Mt. Juliet, TN, Rural Hill Farm offers a beautiful and convenient location for your next getaway or family gathering, wedding or event! Close to Nashville and surrounding areas, the property consists of over 180 acres of beautiful scenery with free roaming wildlife, a two acre stocked pond and nature trails. Choose from one of five cabins or 17 full hookup RV sites nestled on the property overlooking the pond, or bring your whole family and getaway together by renting the entire property! Rules

Fire Policy

• Campfires are permitted at each RV site only in the firepit provided. Campers will be notified if a local burn ban is in place and will be expected to adhere. • Firewood is for sale by the bath house. Please place either $10 cash in the box or scan the QR code to pay. • Please put out your firepit if it is unattended.  • Please clean out your firepit before you leave. Your firepit is not a garbage. Any garbage left in your firepit after your reservation may result in a $25 fee.

Comfort Station/Bath House

• The comfort station/bath house is a shared space, please help us keep it clean by doing your best not to track in mud or other debris. • Do not wash kitchen cookware in the bathhouse sinks or showers. • Laundry room: • Hours are 8 am

Additional Vehicles

• UTV's/ATV’s, motorcycles & other recreational vehicles are allowed to be trailered and stay onsite (as long as they fit in the site

Fireworks

Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Noise

Campers are expected to respect other guests by not having loud music, or loud barking dogs. Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am.

RV Care and Consideration

Sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups & water heater hose or hose wrap for cold. Please close awnings and put chairs away when RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause damage.

Children Policy

Parents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially around the pond and in the woods. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming and water recreation activities are at your own risk.

Firearms Policy

• NO BBs, Airsoft, or Pellet Guns. • No hunting. • Any firearms must follow state and federal laws and guidelines.

General

Sites are reserved by number (see campground map when booking and confirm site number on confirmation email prior to arrival); you must be in the site reserved or you will be asked to move. One RV/Trailer per campsite. Both your rig and your tow vehicle must be in the site, no parking on the grass. There is limited, first come first served additional car parking space across from Site 17 for visitors. No parking on unoccupied sites unless given express permission by Owner/Management. Each site is intended for a single family, please book an additional site if you wish to camp with friends or another family. Quiet hours are from 11 pm

Events/Parties

• Events/parties are not permitted at RV sites or in the cabins. Events may be held only at our Event Center. Inquire within for pricing/availability if you would like to host an event during your stay. • Event Disclaimer: We welcome weddings/events here at Rural Hill Farm! Please be advised that the cabins/RV sites are located about 150 yards from our Event Center. All music/noise must be turned down by 10 PM according to a county noise ordinance and all events must end by 11 PM. We notify both lodging guests and event guests if there is an overlap during the stay dates (see “Notices”). • During events “No RV Traffic Hours” will be observed/enforced from 2-6 PM so as not to disturb event ceremonies. Owner/Management will give lodging guests advance notice (via “Notices” on listing). • We also ask that all guests be respectful of events on the property. For example, if a wedding ceremony is taking place near the pond (or at another location on the property) please be considerate and avoid that area while the ceremony is taking place.

Campground Management

• All guests of the renters are subject to these rules and regulations. Management/Owner assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet or party arising due to use of facilities or caused by others while on the premises. • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Property rules and policies are subject to change at any time by Owner/Management. Violations of these rules is cause for possible eviction at management’s sole discretion.

Trash Policy

• RV sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Help us maintain a clean and tidy property by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner. This includes cigarette butts. Do not throw them on the ground. Large trash cans are not allowed on your space. Dispose of each trash bag directly in the dumpster which is located on the way out of the property. • Dumpster is only for household garbage. No ashes, charcoal, furniture, tubes, large cardboard boxes, tires, etc.

Pet Policy

• Pets allowed only at RV sites, no pets allowed in cabins. • For the consideration of other guests, no more than two pets are allowed. • Pets must be kept on a leash, under control and quiet at all times. Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. We provide complimentary doggie bags at the dog park (COMING SOON). Dogs/dog washing is strictly prohibited at the bath house. See “Area Tips” for nearest self-service dog washing station. • Pets must be kept in RV/camper at night.

Behavior

Please respect guest privacy by not walking through occupied sites. Guests shall not disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, display or discharge a firearm or other weapon.

Smoking Policy

No smoking inside cabins, comfort station/bath house or outside the entrance/exit doors. Dispose of butts in trash can not on the ground.

Vehicle Policies

• 1 RV and 1 Vehicle per space (up to 1 ton pickup). RV must be clean and in good condition. Propane tanks over 100 gallons need approval of management. No vehicle maintenance work is allowed on the property, including washing. No parking on adjacent spaces or on the patio/grass. • Speed limit on the property is 10 MPH. Please be especially cautious at night and watch for both fellow campers and wildlife.

Mail & Packages

We do not allow guests to receive mail or packages to the farm at this time.

Check in/out

Check-in is from 2 pm to 6 pm, Check-out time is by 11 am. If you require assistance navigating your rig into your site, please reach out via phone or text during our posted business hours and our team will be happy to assist you. *If you arrive for check in after dark we advise having a member of your party assist you with navigating your rig into your spot with a flashlight as we do not have exterior lighting on the property.* Guests are to leave their site clean and ready for the next camper. A $25 Clean up fee will be charged for sites left with trash or debris. No refunds on early check-outs.

Alcohol & Drugs Policy

• Alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly. • Irresponsible drinking that may be considered a nuisance will not be tolerated and therefore grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and possibly blacklisted. • Drugs are prohibited on the campground. The use of drugs on the campground may lead to being blacklisted.
