Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. // Bag all trash and dispose of it in the dumpster located near the front gate. // No eating, drinking, or pets on the beds or couches.Prohibited Items and Activities
Drones are not allowed. // No cigarette smoking inside. // The use of any recreational drugs (including cannabis) on the property is strictly prohibited.
