Campground Overview

Our RV Park combines the equine-inspired elegance the Resort is celebrated for with the convenience of RVing. This facility was uniquely designed in keeping with the character and mission of being one of American’s finest equestrian resorts. Additionally, our guests have access to hundreds of acres of trails, groomed outdoor space, fly fishing, as well as The Grand Oaks’ arena and equestrian facilities.Our RV sites were built with the needs and desires of our traveling equine guest, as well as recreational vehicles who desire large spacious pull-through and back-in sites. All 60 of our 35’ wide sites boast 65’ and 85’ lengths, full hook-ups, paved roads, concrete pads and patios, as well as Wi-Fi. For our equestrian guests we offer a few grass sites with all the other amenities, plus stalls and paddocks are available for their equine traveling companions. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash at all times unless in the dog park, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.

General Policies

1. Check In: 12 Noon – Check Out: 11 a.m. –Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. 2. Maximum stay on the Resort is 90 days. 3. No Tents or Pop-Ups allowed. All units must have self-contained bathrooms. 4. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 5. Guest may use dumpster for garbage orleave at the end of site for NOON pick-up each day. a. Please do not leave garbage outside overnight. Garbage must be in plastic bags. 6. Fishing is allowed in the designated areas only. All fishing is “catch and release”. 7. Mats must be a breathable type and restricted to 3’x 4’ or a total of 12 sq. ft. 8. Units are allowed to be washed in designated areas only. 9. No open campfires/fireworks are permitted at any time, except in designated areas. 10. Sewer collars are required by the State for all units. 11. All pets must be on a leash at all times. 12. Excessive noise by pets is not tolerated. 13. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE HORSES. 14. Please observe the 15 mph speed limit on the Resort. Drive on roads only. 15. Operators of all motorized (gas or electric) vehicles must have a valid driver’s license. 16. The Resort reserves the right to deny usage of any vehicle it deems unsafe, excessively noisy or aesthetically conflicting to the Resort’s standards. 17. Boat trailers and Equine Trailers that are connected to your coach and can fit on your site are permitted. All others must be stored in designated areas, which will be assigned by the Resort. Management can help you with storage options and fees. 18. All horses entering the property MUST have a current coggins. 19. Units left unattended for extended periods of time must not be covered or otherwise modified on the exterior (i.e. no tarps, roof covers). 20. The Resort reserves the right to deny services to any guest. 21. Property: Vandalism to any Resort properties will be dealt with on an individual incident basis. The offender may incur financial responsibility for damage to the Resort. 22. Resort reserves the right to change any policy without notice. 23. The Resort assumes no liability for personal injury, theft, fire damage to an car, RV or pets. 24. Our RV Parking was designed to support The Grand Oaks equine events therefore any/or all vacancies must be pre-approved for availability.
