​The PITSOP RV Park is not responsible for injury or damage due to wind, water, fire or the negligence of you or others. Some of these rules were made by our insurance carrier, some by the State of Texas, and some by us. They were made for your safety, and to ensure the enjoyment of your camping experience. Please obey them. They will be enforced.

Trash

Please place ALL bagged trash INSIDE dumpster. Do NOT put any hot coals in the dumpster! Household trash ONLY is allowed to be put in the dumpster; NO hazardous materials. Fines will be issued for any trash left on ground or at your site (including cigarette butts). PLEASE DO NOT LITTER.

​Pets

All pets must be contained to a leash, kennel, or inside trailer/RV. Do NOT allow your dog to run loose. Do NOT leave your dog tied up; pets must be attended outside your trailer/RV, and in pet area. Do NOT tie dog to hook up at any time. Make sure to always clean up after your pet; bags are available at dog walking area. No dog runs or kennels will be allowed onsite.​

Parking

Do not park vehicles/trailers in any empty RV sites. Parking is permitted to your site only. If additional parking is needed, please check with the Park Manager. Please park as far out of the driveway as possible, as to not block the driveway Use designated driveway at all times.

Respect is Key

Respect is the cornerstone of our community. Anyone who is disrespectful to guests or the park may be asked to leave at management's discretion. Please treat others as you would like to be treated, and let's make the Pit Stop RV Park a welcoming haven for everyone.

Little Adventurers Need Watchful Eyes

Children are cherished members of our community, and their safety is paramount. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Let's create a space where families can enjoy their time worry-free.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities

To maintain a secure environment, the possession, sale, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the park without a refund. Let's keep the Pit Stop RV Park a safe haven for all.

Speed Limits and Watchful Eyes

For the safety of everyone in the park, we have established a speed limit of five mph. This is a non-negotiable rule to ensure the well-being of our guests. We take safety seriously, and fines may be issued for those who disregard this important regulation.

We believe in respecting the privacy of our guests. Please refrain from disturbing others and be mindful of noise levels.

Good Vibes Only

At Pit Stop RV Park, we thrive on positive energy and good vibes. To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we ask that guests refrain from engaging in loud, noxious, disorderly, or boisterous conduct. Unlawful behavior that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others will not be tolerated. We believe in creating a space where everyone can relax and enjoy their time.

Guidelines and Regulations

No clotheslines allowed // No fireworks, sparklers, or shooting of firearms allowed // Absolutely no ATV or first bikes allowed on The Pit Stop property // No sub-leasing is allowed // No vehicle maintenance in the park without prior permission // Generators are not permitted unless needed for power outages or emergencies // No permanent or temporary structures allowed // Tires must remain on the RVs/Trailers at all times. // No skirting or fencing allowed. A step to get in your RV/Trailer is allowed.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATIONS

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate dismissal from the park. In cases of illegal or suspected illegal activity, we will report the matter to the proper law enforcement agency. Our commitment to enforcing these rules is to create a secure ad enjoyable environment for all.
