Campground Overview

Nestled in Westcliffe, Colorado, Wet Mountain RV Park and Cabins offers 22 pull-through sites, 5 Non-RV sleeping options and a place to fill, dump, and or flush your recreational vehicle. We are big rig friendly! And each site is complete with water, sewer, electric (20,30,50 amp), a picnic table, tree, and up graded free WiFi. We also offer non RV stay options through AirBnB. We have 3 minimalist sleeper cabins, for the destination traveler each with a full bed, small fridge and microwave. In addition, for those looking to stay multiple days, we have a two apartment options: a studio apartment with a queen bed and kitchenette as well as a converted garage apartment with a pull out, queen bed, kitchen and attached bathroom. WMRV is just off of Main Street, so the location offers easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for an adventure, it’s a close drive to hiking, fishing, and ATV/4WD areas. Westcliffe is a wonderful place to spend a night viewing the "International Dark Skies", resting from a mountain adventure, or escaping the heat! Come visit the best kept secret of Colorado, and be amazed at the beauty of the area nestled between the Wet Mountains and Sangre de Cristo Mountains. See you soon!

Rules

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 7 days notice. If less than 7 days notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued. The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.

Wifi

We do have wifi and the password will be available at check in.

Falsifying Information

For the safety of everyone in our park, please provide us with accurate details about your trip (number of people, name, contact, rig information, etc). There will be a $50 fine for falsifying information.

Campfire Policy

We do not provide fire rings, however we do permit campfires as long as there is not a ban in the state/county during your stay. You must bring your own fire ring to safely contain the campfire.

RV site occupancy

Price of all RV sites are based on occupancy of 4 people, 1 vehicle and 2 pets. Extra vehicle is $5.00/night. Extra Person is $5.00/person/night. Extra pet is $5.00/pet/night.

Vehicle Policy

RVs must be in good condition and have valid current vehicle registration, not taped or wired together. One vehicle other than the RV allowed per reservation. $5.00 per night for the second Vehicle. No washing vehicles, mechanical repairs on the park grounds, including lube and oil changes

Pet Policy

PET-GUARDIAN BEHAVIOR: Help us keep the entire property clean, healthy and safe by always having pets on a leash in the care of a responsible person, and by picking up waste. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, they poop, you scoop! Pets are not allowed in our restrooms, laundry, office, and may never be left alone unattended. Two pet limit per reservation. $5.00/pet per night above the 2 pet limit.

Quiet Hours

QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. At any time, reports of unreasonable noise will result in violators leaving the RV Park, Campground, or Cabin.

RV Sites

All guests are expected to keep their RV site clean, healthy, and safe. Please enjoy our quiet peaceful pull through sites landscaped with grass, bushes, foliage, and mature Aspen trees. Please: no satellite dish, tents, rugs, mats, or tarps on lawn area. Please protect our trees: no carving or cutting, nothing tied or draped, and no clotheslines on the trees. Please check with property management on allowed skirting
