Campground Overview
If you’re coming to “the Hills” for part or all of your vacation, you want to be a part of the Black Hills. Walk out your door and take in the sites of mountains, pines, and mule deer. Take in the soothing sound of the creek, and the whisper of the wind through the pines. Relax and smell the hint of smoke from our nightly fire in the big pit. That’s a Black Hills Vacation. We have accommodations for everyone from comfy motel rooms and cabins to camping accommodations (RV sites, camping cabins, & yurts). Whitetail Creek runs the length of the property! Centrally located for all kinds of entertainment: Whether you are here to ride off-road, cruise the canyon, gamble or take in dinner and music in Deadwood, or tour the “Southern Hills”, WCR is the place to stay for easy access to all. “Come Stay at the Creek!”

Cancellation Policy/Direct Reservations
If a reservation is canceled 72 hours (3 days prior to midnight) prior to the reservation date (not check-in time), the guest will not be held responsible for the rest of the reservation cost. Cancellations occurring inside of 72 hours of the reservation date will result in payment for 100% of the reservation costs. The cancellation policy for group events is 7 days. All reservations for the Sturgis Rally time period require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 100% of the reservation must be paid by May 1st of the current Rally year and is non-refundable for any reason. If a reservation is made after May 1st, 100% of the reservation cost will be due immediately and is non-refundable.
Tobacco, vaping, marijuana use
It is against our policy to use any of these substances in any of our accommodations. If a guest uses any of these products in a room or if an accommodation smells like any of these products, the guest will be charged a $150 fee to “rest” the room. We can not sell a room to guests that smell of these products.
