Rules
Pet Rules
Pets are only allowed in RV Areas, and not to be brought to Livestock Fencing Areas. All pets must remain restrained and controlled at all times.
Check-out Instructions
All check-out instructions must be completed, and rented areas left in acceptable condition, by owner's discretion. Any damage or uncompleted checklist, could result in extra fees, damage compensation, or complete ban from our park.
Parking rules
We ask, that any trailer, boat, and off-road vehicle is kept in gravel areas only. Trailers and trucks can be kept at Cabins and RV spots, Only if they can fit within the cabins private drive. Any overflow, or bigger vehicles/trailers please keep in trailer parking lot, and not in the grassed areas.
Liability Waiver
Upon your booking confirmation, you are waiving Yeary Valley Farms of any damages or injuries that may occur while staying on our farm. You are in understanding that you will be venturing onto a Farming atmosphere at the base of the Appalachian Mountains, and the possibility of encountering wild animals, uneven terrain, and unforeseen events from Mother Nature. You agree, that Yeary Valley Farms will be waived of any damage or occurrence from any acts from "Mother Nature", Including: Storms, Floods, Fire, Wind, Tornado, Hail, and anyother element outside of our control.
Quiet Time
Yeary Valley Farms has a quiet time from 10pm to 6am. Out of respect of other guests, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, contained within your rented areas. If guests do not follow quiet time regulations, this could result in removal from the park, with No Refund, with possibility of Permanant Trespass. If riding any OHV, please be mindful of Loud Music, and racing of the engines through Residential Properties, and keep noise to a minimum when going to and from the Tackett Creek Trailhead.
