I needed a motel offering to meet government per diem rates, and they did for at least one night (before weekend rates kicked in). It was a nice, clean facility with very reasonable accommodations.

TV didn't work and had to move to another room, mattresses ( four) were laying outside the hotel !!!!! Outside door to enter building wasn't locked.
