    The Arlington is an Historic Hotel in the middle of downtown Hot Springs in the middle of all the shopping, spas, and attractions. We love to stay here because of its proximity to everything. We can walk just about everywhere. The Hotel is in the middle of being restored to its grand old glory.

    This is not the first time we stayed here. I tried to directly book at the Arlington and for some reason their website wouldn't let me book a reservation, and no one answered the phone. So I checked AAA and found they had rates for the Arlington and even better than what the Arlington was offering per day. This is an historic hotel and you can tell the hotel is old and in disrepair, it needs to be loved. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and right in downtown Hot Springs. So it is a central location to stay if you like visiting the restaurants, bath houses and shops along Central Ave. We always enjoy our visits to The Arlington and Hot Springs.

    Great location to walk all of downtown. Parking so-so. Pay $$ to park close and semi-secure, valet, or free open lot a block away. Rooms could benefit from a remodel. The electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures - super old and should probably be replaced.
