Rooms OK, carpet dirty. A/C something from early 80's. Not sure it worked but just blew air from outside. The only openable window would not open. Crank broke in my hand. Final bill included many fees, resort fees, etc., that were not expected in price of room. However the trails, staff and nearby opportunities for recreation hiking and sighseeing were great. Place needs a paint job and outer maintenance. Restaurants were good and beer was cold!
