I normally would give it an excellent review, we have stayed here many times, but our room faced the front of the hotel, and it was very noisy with all cars going by. We did not sleep well both nights. The front desk needs more customer service attention. They surely do not go above and beyond.
Systems (HVAC, Sticking doors) and decor are tired and worn. They might have been state-of-the-art when the hotel was first built, but . . .We expected a showcase for Ethan Allen furniture, but all of the hardwoods showed their ages--scratches, worn finishes, no patina.

Overall very nice place. However everything in the rooms needed to be updated. It was clean but clearly run down.
