Fiesta Inn Ciudad Juarez

There are other 3 hotels around this same area. This is supposed to be the "best" of all of them, due to its 4 star rating. Amenities and rooms are poor to average. Parking is under the hotel, elevators DON'T REACH the basement. There are only TWO handicap spaces for the whole hotel and they are in a tiny 8 slots parking area outside the hotel, so good luck finding a place to park and use your wheelchair. Though TV is 4k, TV channels are NOT HD. They have "chromecast" attached to them, but are broken. Phones are very old, you have to twist the cables to make them work. Internet signal is poor and slow. Furniture is horribly run down. There are just a few very old electrical outlets, no GFCI in the bathroom. There aren't buckets to put ice, nor ice machines. I asked for ice, I was given A BAG! In the hotel description says there's a coffee machine... but it's in the lobby's kitchen! There's not hair dryer in the bathroom. Honestly, I have been at 2 and 3 star hotels that are WAY better than Fiesta Inn juarez. I expected more from a "Four Star" hotel... that is a LIE. For the price I paid, don't recommend this hotel at all. There are cheaper options with the same quality of rooms and amenities: Gamma, Monaco, Teja, Paseo, Chulavista... they are THE SAME quality, for less money.
