Stayed three nights. First night, rug by bed wet got socks wet. Previous tenant? Cleaned spot? Don’t know. First morning shower the tub drain was clogged. Stood in three inches of water to shower. It was repaired by the second morning shower. Drain was clear. A sign says they will clean the room every other day. I stayed three nights and it was never cleaned. The bed is too high, too firm and I want a top sheet and it didn’t have one. What’s up? Check out…it was pretty confusing. They couldn’t square up my bill. AAA charged for one night. The other two nights was supposed to be added and paid when I checked it but the clerk didn’t do. She wasn’t very pleasant, helpful or personable. Didn’t care for her tattoos on the front desk. The breakfast bar was very good. Sleeping was quite even though I was placed next to the main elevator wall. Kinda sounds like I should get a partial refund doesn’t it?

Hotel was very nice, clean staff was very friendly and room was very nice. Would stay again
The hotel was clean and convenient for our one night stay while traveling. The breakfast bar included eggs with a good variety of other foods. The person who checked us in was friendly and very helpful. Our one complaint is that room was close to the ice machine that was very noisy.
