Staff was condescending and unpleasant at check-in. I was asked to move to three different windows even though my leg is in a cast and I walk with a cane. Price I was quoted for parking was $85 a day/ I was charged $140 a day. The Hotel told me they couldn't help because the parking is subcontracted. At check out I asked for help with my luggage because cast/cane. No one helped and my car was left as far away from me as possible?? I have stayed here before and had hoped for improvement....Didn't ruin our trip, we had a wonderful time
