Worst located room #115. Exactly where l informed the travel agent not to place us. (AAA). Elevator could be heard through the wall and the guests arriving and departing. Dogs barking and guests talking in the hallway. I also tripped and fell outside. I explained this to the morning desk clerk and he said ," You mean on the lip?" Apparently this is a failure for the property managers to address. Regularly happening? I tripped on a devit in the concrete and no incident report was filed. I thought of taking a photo but directly showed the man.

this hotel made my stay comfortable. it was clean, quiet and service good. the bed was clean and extremely comfortable. I also felt safe in a locations I was not familiar with. the included breakfast room was a great bonus. will look up this hotel in the future, and recommend it to others.
