Simple and completely filled with character, this buzzy beach hotel might be the choice of many as the perfect getaway for a memorable and colorful short break. Rooms are on the small side, but fluently convey the essence of summer, furnished with charming rattan and a relaxed coastal decor. Terraces look out on the water and feature comfortable outdoor space, with lounge chairs set up on the luminous white-sand beach. Such close proximity to the beach and to town is the key here; the small hotel is just a short jump to some of the best dining which the French side of Saint Martin has to offer. The hotel’s in-house restaurant is a local heavyweight too, with a well-priced and creative French Caribbean menu. Given all of this, expect the hotel to be quite a scene well into the evening, as a party crowd can fill the place on some nights.
