I attempted to make a reservation through AAA.com for a one-night stay. I did not get a confirmation email so assumed the transaction did not go through. I made a reservation elsewhere. Three days after the intended stay, I was notified by email to rate my "stay". I called AAA and they refused to refund me. No confirmation email. I lost out on the $200+.

Made a reservation months ago. Double confirmed it. I was called the day before to confirm we needed 2 beds. Then we showed up the next day for our room and they had cancelled it!!!!!!! NO where else to stay. Could not be more unhappy!
