The arrival and checkin process went well. It is especially good to have a parking garage with 24hr access right next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful as has always been our experience. We did notice that the carpeting in the lobby area is currently missing, but given the extreme weather recently it’s probably being replaced. One minor concern for the room was the temperature on arrival which was fairly hot. We managed to lower this, but overnight this probably caused some leakage from the A/C unit which we reported while checking out.
