Nightmare, nightmare, nightmare. Made a reservation and got there around 9PM with my husband, three and one year old to be told there was no room. As the guy frantically went behind the wall a couple who was clearly using the hotel hourly put their key card on the counter. Magically there was a room but just a king bed. As this was going on my husband was calling around to find another hotel, most of which was booked, at 9 o’clock at night. We finally found one and they said we’ll give you a refund. Yeah, thanks. Don’t stay here if you have a family. My mistake.
