Pretty reasonable price that's only a mile from downtown so you it's walkable. There was also some hot breakfast as part of the hotel booking.
Clean but needing maintenance. Many small things not working properly (TV remote, entry lock, shower hot water faucet, etc) Also, the property was somewhat noisy.
This hotel/motel is pretty run-of-the mill., but the hotel STAFF was GREAT. Patient, knowledgeable. We had issues with the plumbing. The fellow who checked us in couldn't fix it (it's part of the plumbing in that particular room), but he knew about the problem and patiently explained how to work around it. The next night, someone in maintenance, came and offered help.
