They did not provide a balcony room, as stated on my reservation. It also stated they had a bar and a concierge, which they did not have. The beds were not made as well.

I am very surprised that this hotel is AAA rated. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Housekeeping never came. When I called I was told they would come but never did during our entire stay. Rooms are old and dated. Upon checkout I wasn’t even asked if I enjoyed my stay. For the money I paid I expected much better.

The ice bucket was dirty, the bed mattress was very uncomfortable, I can feel coils in my back. No daily room service. The toilet seat was loose. No soap on the sink nor cups. No glasses in the room. Missing towels. We would not recommend this Hotel. We should had a room with a balcony and they gave us room on the first floor.

First night checked in and the room was not cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty and the mini fridge was not cleaned out from the last guest. The beds were not that comfortable and the overall feeling of the room was "dated". No room guides were given at check in to let you know about the TV, check out times, etc. The sign on the door stated 12 but when asked at the front desk, was told 11. The TV had no guide for channels and again when asked at the front desk was told "they don't know and they don't have any printouts because people keep taking them". Halfway through the stay, the TV signal was messing up so the TV wasn't working properly. The WiFi didn't work the first night there and when asked at the front desk was told something about Verizon not working? There was no complementary breakfast or even coffee. Everything you took in the lobby that was "breakfast" like was for a fee. There were coffee setups in the room. Was given a room in the area of the pet friendly rooms, but didn't have a pet. Listened to dogs barking at different hours of the morning and night.
