The hotel was ok to begin with. But after staying there for four nights things just got worse. The pool was advertised but not only was it closed, it was not even up and running. There was no hot water. The washing machine was not working. They continued to make our beds daily but they never changed the sheets. The blankets had cigarette holes in them and the ironing board cover was completely disgusting. The customer service was kind of rude and unprofessional, and I had a really hard time getting reimbursed for all the troubles. Never again!!
