There was no hot water in either the shower or the sink and the television in our room did not work. We were moved to a different room on the same floor. Still no hot water. We were moved to yet a third room on a different floor and the water was luke warm at best. The hotel did not see concerned about the situation which was disappointing. The location was good, but other than that, it was a poor overall experience. I would not stay here again.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Georgetown so the location is a plus. There is valet parking available for a fee. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant is also excellent and serves breakfast and dinner. There is a bit of nighttime street noise from music and University partygoers though it is generally quiet after midnight so ask for a room that does NOT face Wisconsin Avenue if you are sensitive to noise.
