This was my first stay at this location and the hotel surpassed my expectations. Staff was professional and positive; they kindly accommodated my room request and concierge was readily available and really helpful. As a solo traveller, I was very happy about the parking and level of security to enter and exit. There was a catered breakfast each morning; far better than the typical cold cereal and muffins provided by other hotels. There is a bar inside and plenty of comfortable and pretty indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy; you feel like you're staying in a wealthy relative's fancy home, haha. Location is terrific; you can walk to the Botanical Gardens and the other Museums; I also walked just a block or two to shops and restaurants. I will definitely look to stay here again if I return to Cleveland. The AAA price was great. Highly recommend.
