Our stay with kids and grandkids was wonderful. Staff did a wonderful job of welcoming us. The salmon chowder was yummy! We were able to use the public areas in the evening for gatherings! The location was great too!

Blinding light coming in the window at night. Had to call the front desk at midnight due to an obnoxious noise that couldn't be identified. Staff was high. Smelled like weed every time we walked in the door.
Lovely stay in a great location adjacent to the main area of Seaside. Staff was personable and helpful. Room had everything needed without being over the top.

The property itself is very nice, but I was put in a room that should be used for storage only due to the all night disruptions caused by the Tavern next door, and the street parking. After midnight the noise got worse. I had to put on "noise cancelling" headphones to sleep. Room 301 and the lower two rooms should not be assigned to anybody. We checked out the next morning with a "sorry, that is normally not a problem".

The staff was incredible. The shared spaces were lovely and well kept. They had delicious complimentary chowder and fruit infused water as a welcoming for guests. The breakfast room was beautiful, bright, and airy. I only say 3 stars because the room we had didn’t have blackout curtain to cover the glass door to the patio, and the noise of pipes and upstairs neighbors clomping around was SO loud in our room that our sleep was rather disturbed. I’d suggest requesting a top floor room if staying here.
