    The hotel rooms are very outdated and worn. The bathroom door was missing pieces and looked like it had been repainted many times. We were told when we arrived there would be no housekeeping, untill a guest stays 4 days. When I needed different towels I had to text housekeeping. Sometimes the towels arrived in time, sometimes not.For $400 a night there should be housekeeping. Snowmass was very busy and one day we had to look for parking for 45 minutes as the parking lot was full. When I asked the hotel they were not helpful. Apparently there are no specific hotel parking spaces. I am surprised Hyatt would pit their name on this hotel.
