There is nothing classic about this fine dining Italian restaurant. They serve only the freshest seasonal ingredients in unique preparations. With limited seating, and a prix fixe only menu, be sure and make a reservation to try foie gras torchon with rhubarb and strawberries, squid ink tagliatelle, king salmon with fried ramps, Oregon rabbit or tails and trotters. The evening concludes with several desserts and then a variety of sweets to send you on your way.
