AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
One of the popular chef-owned restaurants on the island, this culinary institution has been treating guests to a seasonal menu crafted with ingredients from local farms. Roasted halibut, braised beef short ribs and a Royal Trumpet risotto are samples of what may be offered on the ever-changing menu. Guests enter past an ivy and rose-covered archway into the alfresco covered patio with bistro-style metal chairs and tables, then into the dining room of the historic home filled with fine art.
