This classy dining room is on two floors surrounding a beautiful central bar and a lovely glass display case where all the beef is dry-aged in house. A classic menu includes a variety of fresh seafood and caviar as well as starters like tuna crudo, smoked brisket or beefsteak tomato salad. Some dishes are prepared tableside such as Caesar salad, beef tartare or bananas Foster. Fine steak options include Canadian Prime and Japanese Wagyu or Kobe beef, which are served à la carte.
