A perfect spot for pre-theater dinners or post-theater aperitifs, the dining room has stylish elements, subdued lighting and offers intimate booths. The menu changes seasonally and often includes such dishes as wild striped bass with turnips, bok choy and smoked scallop, beef short ribs with maitake mushrooms and black garlic or whole roasted, dry-aged duck with foie gras sausage and vegetables. The desserts are extremely imaginative and outstanding.
