Somewhat hidden on the ground floor of the luxurious Drake hotel, this gem is definitely worth the journey. The talented chef has a passion for Spanish cuisine and displays this love with his flavorful sauces and by creating delicious tapas, tacos and paella. Try the gambas al ajillo with garlic-lime vinaigrette to start and the cedar-planked Salmon with a mezcal-pineapple glaze for your main course. For those with a slightly less adventurous palate, the kitchen also offers prime cuts of steaks, chops and seafood. Additionally, prime rib is featured every weekend at COA. The adept and cordial wait staff can gladly guide you toward an ideal dining experience.
