This chef-driven restaurant offers exquisitely prepared cuisine utilizing locally sourced ingredients. The service is congenial and approachable. The tasteful rustic-industrial décor pays homage to Utah sheep. There’s a stylish recessed bar in the rear of the restaurant. The creative menu offers a New York steak with a bordelaise sauce, Korean fried cauliflower and Jamaican jerk chicken lollipops just to name a few dishes. There’s no lunch service on Saturday.
