This new spot from local chef, Ashley Moser, features modern interpretations of Eastern NC classics in a chic spot. Favorites include pimento cheese with pork rinds, biscuits with fig jam and prosciutto, corn soufflé, local oysters, and cider-braised pork cheeks. Casual tastes will enjoy the brisket burger with bacon jam or duck pastrami wood-fired pizza. Fans will be happy to know Mema's famous strawberry cake is still on the menu.
