AAA Diamond Inspector Notes

Creative cuisine takes center stage with composed dishes such as seared scallops over a creamy purée with colorful sauces and crisp garnishes, and beet carpaccio with fruit, crumbled cheese and toasted bread. The two-story dining room pairs exposed timber beams and curved stone walls with a wrought-iron chandelier beneath a skylight. Embroidered floral seating, artwork and warm lighting complement the adobe-inspired architecture.
