AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
This intimate neighborhood bistro, led by husband and wife team, Kimberly Steele and Tim Muehlbauer, who are owner and chef. Their dishes are creative and tasty. The focus is using fresh, local and regional ingredients; thus the menu changes by the season. The oysters were perfect and served over chilled stones, seared scallops tender and juicy, and save space for dessert. The options are decadent. Also, their ‘Saturday Bakery’ may be pre-ordered Friday at 4pm for Saturday pickup.
