This iconic restaurant with a formal, refined atmosphere is built in a natural cavern 40 feet underground. Many patrons, though, choose to dine at the slightly more casual but equally atmospheric terrace, where live music is often presented. The menu features carved Iberian ham and some tableside main courses like beef tenderloin with flamed Dijon mustard. Pleasant servers are attired in smart black and white uniforms.
