This chic Vietnamese spot features a display kitchen that serves exceptionally well-prepared and artfully presented food. The menu presents interesting vegetarian, beef and seafood dishes, including roasted cauliflower with egg and a shallot jam, pork chop with a lemongrass-chili paste, roasted duck stuffed with kaffir lime leaves and fried whole fluke with Vietnamese herbs. An all-day coffee shop is located in the same complex. The chef also offers a three-course tasting menu.
