This charming restaurant offers a menu loaded with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients; some vegetables and herbs are even grown in their very own, nearby hydroponic gardens. The enticing menu includes a burger made with Utah-raised Wagyu beef, meatloaf with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and pan-seared salmon topped with roasted red pepper pesto cream sauce. Be sure to check out the seasonally changing dessert menu which may include an apple caramel spice cake and a dark chocolate peppermint cake. Keep in mind lunch is available Mon-Fri but not on Sat.
