This restaurant uses ingredients from specialty farms to create international small-plate meals, including Chilean octopus, beef empanadas from Colombia, miso trout from Japan and pork belly confit crepes from France. Fine artisan cheeses from Wisconsin are also available. The dining room is rather simple and the waitstaff is decidedly laid-back.
