Within the busy cluster of food and entertainment of Maho Plaza, this classic-styled eatery stands proudly with a core menu of well-presented and traditional French popular favorites. Yet the menu is made more notable when some local Caribbean flavors, sushi-fusion and fresh seafood swim into the mix. The island location allows for the availability of some very good seafood, which adds a strong local dimension beyond the tried-and-true French faves. Cajun accented mahi-mahi fish is a standout, lobster Thermidor too; the positively delicious and enormous stuffed mussels with garlic and parsley butter are a great way to start. The variety of seating options can range from cozy couple nooks to positively large family group dining tables.
