This craft distillery, set in a former furniture factory, prides itself on its seasonal scratch menu of creative spins on comfort food. In additional to standards like a made-to-order mac and cheese and a whiskey-glazed pork belly báhn mì, options may include dishes like jambalaya, chicken tacos or shrimp and grits.
