This fun and hip barbecue joint offers up such dishes as the "Trailer Park Bruschetta" (think loaded potato skins with a tangy cherry sauce) and meat plates featuring made-from-scratch sides like macaroni and cheese and pit beans. All of the meat, including the pulled pork, brisket and turkey, is smoked in house; several variations of homemade barbecue sauces are available. But come early. Once a meat is gone, there is no more until the next day.
