Inspired by farm-to-table ideals and the neighborhood's German heritage, the chef/owner has created a rustic menu showcasing freshly butchered organic meats, seafood and fowl in a historic corner store spruced up by glossy subway tile and wood and iron elements. The menu changes daily; favorites include house-made sausages, schnitzel and beef tartare with a farm-fresh egg.
