AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
The bi-level establishment is inspired by namesake Chef Morimoto of Iron Chef America fame. The Pan Asian menu incorporates cuisines of China, Japan, Korea, Asia and Thailand. The restaurant is known for freshly prepared dim sum and sushi and features an extensive sushi bar that runs the length of the second floor dining and lounge area. Also offered are various vegetarian, noodle, rice, shrimp, duck, chicken and spare rib dishes.
