Admittedly, the strip center this eatery is located in does not prepare you for the voyage you will take. Once inside, you will be transported to a tiny, authentic izakaya complete with horigotatsu seating. If you are dining alone or as a pair you will likely be guided to the small bar, to better watch the chefs craft preparations of grilled mackerel, takoyaki, pan fried pork belly with soy ginger and ramen noodle bowls. It's an experience, but wear your good socks. Shoes come off at the tables.
