Plan ahead to dine at this unique omakase experience. The 8-seat dining room has minimal design enhancements beyond the spotless stainless steel kitchen. The meal will last about three hours, but time flies as the expert staff pampers and the chef wows you with their culinary talents. If offered a choice, I recommend sitting at the bar to watch the staff at work. Beautiful food presentations center on ever-changing, exotic, fresh seafood, much of which is flown in daily from Japan.
