This luxurious restaurant delights the senses, with a saltwater aquarium filled with exotic fish and a focus on traditional Japanese preparations. The "Hakodate Roll," made with king salmon, snow crab, avocado and tabikko, is a wonderful starter, and the delicious American Wagyu skirt steak with curried cabbage, baby turnip and saikyo miso is a must-order entrée.
